Ace Race Parts 304 Stainless Steel Pie Cuts are now available in outside diameter ranges from 2.500" to 4.000" for both 45° and 90° bend angles. Stainless Pie Cut sets are available in Short Radius (1D) and Long Radius (1.5D) across all OD and bend angle ranges.

45° STAINLESS PIE CUT SETS (5 PCS TOTAL)
Our 45° Bend Pie Cuts are offered in packaged sets of 5 pieces. Each piece is cut to a total angle of 9° (4.5° on each side) for a total bend angle of 45°. To easily calculate pie cut bend angles, multiply the total angle of the piece by the total number of pieces. For example, 9° x 5 pcs = 45°.
90° STAINLESS PIE CUTS (6 PCS TOTAL)
Our 90° Bend Pie Cuts are offered in packaged sets of 6 pieces. Each piece is cut to a total angle of 15° (7.5° on each side) for a total bend angle of 90°. To easily calculate pie cut bend angles, multiply the total angle of the piece by the total number of pieces. For example, 15° x 6 pcs = 90°.
