RETURN ELIGIBILITY
New and unused items can be returned within 45 days of delivery for a refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). Ace Race Parts does not reimburse return shipping expenses for correctly shipped orders. In the event of an error leading to the receipt of incorrect products or orders, paid return shipping will be authorized.

- Used, modified, or installed items
- Damaged or worn items
- Items without the original product box (when applicable)
- Clearance items
- Orders shipped to an international address
- Custom items
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please visit our automated RETURNS CENTER to process your return. You will need your 7-digit order number (beginning with '2-') and the email address associated with your order. You can find your order number in the initial order confirmation email or under your customer profile on our website. If you can't find your order number or email account, please contact us at: support@aceraceparts.com
IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?
- No restocking fee will apply if items are returned within the 45-day return window, and the return is under $500.
- Any return that totals $500 or more and is returned within the 45-day return window is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any order that is past the 45-day return window is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted 90 days post purchase date.
A restocking fee will be subtracted from the value of the returned goods at the time of refund. No exceptions will be made for restocking fees.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
After receiving a return shipment at our warehouse, our receiving department will inspect all items before processing the return. We require that all return shipments be packaged in a manner that prevents material damage, such as surface scratches. Items damaged during transit due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted. Refunds for product and order returns will be issued within one business day of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT TO ME, DO I NEED TO USE THE RETURNS CENTER?
If you receive a package with damaged or missing products, please alert the delivery driver immediately upon receipt. After notifying the driver, please contact us directly at support@aceraceparts.com with your name, email address, and order number. Please include photos of the damaged box and products to expedite your replacement. Claims for missing, damaged, or other issues must be made within three business days of receipt of shipment. Claims made after three business days will not be eligible for replacement.
WHAT IF ACE RACE PARTS INITIALLY SHIPPED ME THE INCORRECT PRODUCT?
To report an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at support@aceraceparts.com with your name, email address, order number, and a photo of the incorrect item. We will send a replacement as soon as possible and cover all required shipping costs to ensure you receive the correct item.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE
The customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of items in their shopping cart. Ace Race Parts is not liable for orders containing mismatched or incompatible products and will not refund shipping charges for such orders. For questions about product compatibility, please contact us.
