ABOUT ACE RACE PARTS TITANIUM V-BANDS
Ace Race Parts's brand of Titanium V-Band Flanges and V-Band Assemblies are precision CNC machined in an ISO 9001 certified facility and feature a set of CP2 Titanium "Male/Female" interlocking style V-Band Flanges and a 304 Stainless Steel V-Band Clamp. Titanium V-Band Assemblies are an affordable and durable type of clamping system that is suited for high performance automotive, diesel, marine and aerospace applications.
Our "Male/Female" interlocking style V-Band Flanges utilize a interlocking seating surface to ensure a leak-free seal without the need for a gasket and provides an easy way to align the flanges during installation. The interlocking seating surface makes fitment and installation a breeze even when in the tightest of areas. The weld side of our CP2 Titanium V-Band Flanges are machined to be a slip-fit style flange that allows the matching Titanium Tube size material to slip into the V-Band Flange and be welded in place with the proper alignment.
Our CP2 Titanium V-Band Flanges are available for sale as a single flange (both "Male" and "Female" sides are available) and as a full assembly (two Male/Female V-Band Flanges and a matching V-Band Clamp). Replacement clamps are available in 304 Stainless Steel.
