Crafted with care, our fittings are CNC-machined from high-quality 6061 Aluminum and feature a robust double PTFE O-ring design that ensures a leak-proof seal. Each fitting is finished with a durable polished black hard-anodized coating, providing both durability and a sleek appearance. We offer our Hose End Fittings in numerous configurations and sizes, ranging from -4AN to -20AN, making them suitable for coolant, fuel, oil, and vacuum applications.
For optimal performance, pair our Aluminum Hose End Fittings with our Stainless Steel Braided or Nylon Braided Flexible Race Hoses. These flexible hoses are compatible with E85 and safe for use in various applications, including fuel systems (E85/E10), methanol, oil, lubricants, coolant systems, and vacuum systems.

Stainless Braided Flex Hose: This high-pressure, abrasion-resistant hose boasts a double-braided exterior made from 300-series Stainless Steel, a nylon braid, and a reinforced synthetic rubber inner liner. It safely operates at up to 1,000 psi.

Braided Nylon Flex Hose: Offering up to 40% less weight than the Stainless Braided Flex Hose, this hose features a double-braided black nylon exterior and a stainless steel-reinforced synthetic rubber inner liner, with a safe operating pressure of 500 psi. Like all our hoses, it is E85 compatible.

Please note that our Flexible Race Hoses are NOT suitable for use with brake lines, hydraulic pressure lines, or A/C lines. They are also not designed for in-tank fuel or oil applications where prolonged submersion occurs.

HOSE END INSTALLATION
Fitting Assembly Quick Tips:
- Use a vise with aluminum jaws
- Ensure precise, clean cuts of the hose
- To keep braided hose intact, utilize masking tape around the cut area
- If using a cut-off wheel, clean the hose ends thoroughly.
- Ensure the hose is fully seated in the socket.
- Press down on the hose while tightening to prevent it from slipping out.
1. Secure the Hose in a Bench Vise
Place the hose in a bench vise and wrap masking tape over the area to be cut. The masking tape helps achieve a clean cut and keeps the braid from unraveling.
2. Making a Clean Cut
There are various methods for cutting hoses, each with its own advantages and drawbacks:

Cut-Off Wheel: Effective but creates debris inside the hose. It's essential to clean out any burnt particles to avoid contaminating filters or the engine.

Electrical Cable Cutters: These cutters provide a swift cut but can crush the inner lining. Use masking tape to prevent fraying and reshape the inner lining if necessary.

Sharp Chisel: Provides a clean cut if the chisel is sharp. This method avoids debris but may crush the inner lining with multiple hammer strikes.
3. Cleaning Up the Ends
After cutting, use side cutters to clean up any uneven ends. If you used a cut-off wheel, ensure all debris is removed from the hose. For other cutting methods, reshape the inner liner if it's been crushed.
4. Inserting the Hose into the Socket
Clamp the fitting socket in a bench vise, protecting the finish with aluminum jaws. Push the hose into the socket, twisting until it bottoms out.
5. Threading the Socket onto the Fitting
Apply lubricant to the threads. Begin threading the socket onto the fitting by hand, ensuring not to strip the threads.
6. Tightening the Fitting
Once the hose is over the nipple, tighten it using an assembly tool or a standard AN wrench. Inspect the finished fitting and proceed to complete the second side of the hose.
