All of our "traditional style" mandrel bends (mandrel bends with legs, or tangents, on one or both sides of the bend) are precision bent using the latest CNC mandrel bending technology in an ISO certified facility to ensure that the degree and centerline radius of each bend is consistent and free from defects. All of our mandrel bends are cleaned, and highly polished to ensure a clean finish on the ends and the surface of each bend.

We are also proud to offer a full line of "sanitary style" bends, in sizes ranging from 1.250" to 5.000" OD, that are manufactured via the hydroforming process (a highly pressurized forming process using water which allows for complete wall thickness uniformity throughout the entirety of the bend). These 3A certified sanitary style bends are available in both standard (1.5D) and tight (1D) centerline radius (CLR) options and feature a polished finish on both the OD and the ID of the material.

A perfect match for our Aluminum Tube, Aluminum V-Band Clamps and Flanges, 4-Ply Silicone Couplings, and Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps.

Available in 15°, 45°, 60°, 90°, and 180° bend options
Outside diameters from 1.250" to 5.000"
1D and 1.5D Centerline Radius (CLR) options available
A perfect match for our Tube, V-Band Clamps and Flanges, Tube Size Reducers, Exhaust Flanges, Pie Cuts, and Flex Couplings and Flex Bellows.

Titanium Mandrel Bends

Available in 45°, 90°, and 180° bend options
Outside diameters from 1.500" to 4.000"
Manufactured from Grade 2 (commercially pure) Titanium tube
A perfect match for our Titanium Pie Cuts, Titanium V-Band Clamps and Flanges, Titanium Tube, and Titanium Resonators.
