FEATURES:

  • Perfect for exhaust systems, turbo manifolds, and more!
  • Precision CNC machining
  • 304 Stainless Steel
  • Male style seating surface
  • Counterbored to fit matching tube size

Our "Male" V-Band Flanges are precision CNC machined from solid 304 Stainless Steel round bar and feature a counterbore on the weld side of the flange to allow the matching tube size material to slip into the V-Band Flange and be welded in place with the proper alignment. The seating surface of this Male style V-Band Flange utilizes a CNC machined retainer that, when paired with the matching "Female" style flange, creates a leak-free seal without the need for a gasket.

Note: This "Male" style V-Band Flange is only compatible with our Standard style V-Band Clamps and will not fit our Quick Release style V-Band Clamps. If you are unsure of what type of V-Band Flange you need please contact us and we will happily assist you to find the compatible V-Band Flange(s) and Clamp for your application.

If you need assistance in finding a matching V-Band Clamp for an existing application please review our "How To Measure A V-Band Flange" information here: How to Measure a V-Band Flange.
