Core-only format, 4.000" OD x 4.000" long, rated up to 500hp per core (per exhaust bank) — the shelf stock for shops that integrate converters into custom systems regularly.
These are catalytic cores only — transition cones are sold separately. The matching cones for a 4.000" OD body are the 2.500" Transition Cone (94025) and 3.000" Transition Cone (94030), sold individually.
The GEN2 Advanced series pairs GESi's proven 400 CPSI S-Wound metallic substrate with their latest proprietary precious-metal coating, developed for the advanced OBD monitoring on 2017 and newer vehicles — the combination that prevents catalyst-related check engine lights on late-model platforms. Gen2 is fully compatible with earlier model years as well.

Ideal for shops building custom systems up to 500hp per exhaust bank. For higher-output work, the Gen2 UHO Core 6-Pack (685200) is rated to 850hp per core. Install each core as close to the OEM location as practical — on custom systems, within 8"–24" of the turbo outlet or header collector — and always run the same core model on both banks of a dual-bank system.
