This listing is a Fabricator 6-Pack: six G-Sport Gen2 Advanced UHO (Ultra High Output) Catalytic Converter Cores (part number 85200) at a discounted per-unit price. Core-only format, 4.500" OD x 4.000" long, rated up to 850hp per core (per exhaust bank) — for shops doing regular high-output custom work.
These are catalytic cores only — transition cones are sold separately. The matching cone for a 4.500" OD body is the 3.000" Transition Cone (94530), sold individually.
The GEN2 Advanced series pairs GESi's proven 400 CPSI S-Wound metallic substrate with their latest proprietary precious-metal coating, developed for the advanced OBD monitoring on 2017 and newer vehicles — the combination that prevents catalyst-related check engine lights on late-model platforms. Gen2 is fully compatible with earlier model years as well.

APPLICATIONS & FITMENT
Ideal for shops building custom systems between 500hp and 850hp per exhaust bank. For work under 500hp, the Gen2 HO Core 6-Pack (650200) packages a smaller 4.000" body. Install each core as close to the OEM location as practical — on custom systems, within 8"–24" of the turbo outlet or header collector — and always run the same core model on both banks of a dual-bank system.
