Core-only format, 4.500" OD x 4.000" long, rated up to 850hp per core (per exhaust bank) — for shops doing regular high-output custom work on 1996–2016 OBD1/OBD2 platforms.

These are catalytic cores only — transition cones are sold separately. The matching cone for a 4.500" OD body is the 3.000" Transition Cone (94530), sold individually.

APPLICATIONS & FITMENT

Ideal for shops building custom systems between 500hp and 850hp per exhaust bank on 1996–2016 vehicles. For work under 500hp, the Gen1 HO Core 6-Pack (650002) packages a smaller 4.000" body; for late-model work, the Gen2 UHO Core 6-Pack (685200) covers 2017 and newer platforms. Install each core as close to the OEM location as practical — within 8"–24" of the turbo outlet or header collector — and always run the same core model on both banks of a dual-bank system.
