These are catalytic cores only — transition cones are sold separately. The matching cones for a 4.000" OD body are the 2.500" Transition Cone (94025) and 3.000" Transition Cone (94030), sold individually.

APPLICATIONS & FITMENT

Ideal for shops building custom systems up to 500hp per exhaust bank on 1996–2016 vehicles. For higher-output Gen1 work, the Gen1 UHO Core 6-Pack (685002) is rated to 850hp per core; for late-model work, the Gen2 HO Core 6-Pack (650200) covers 2017 and newer platforms. Install each core as close to the OEM location as practical — within 8"–24" of the turbo outlet or header collector — and always run the same core model on both banks of a dual-bank system.
